DIRTY
ROTTEN
SCOUNDRELS
National Tour
Saturday, January 31 8PM
$30, $35, $40
The Palace Theatre
Presented by
Westmoreland Cultural Trust
The National Tour of the scamming, scheming, double-crossing hit Broadway
musical, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, is coming to The Palace Theatre!
Based on the popular 1988 MGM film,
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
centers on two con men living on the French Riviera. After meeting on a
train, they unsuccessfully attempt to work together only to find that this small
French town isn’t big enough for the two of them. So they make a bet: the
first one to swindle $50,000 from a young heiress, triumphs and the other must
leave town. What follows are a series of schemes, masquerades and
double-crosses in which nothing may ever be exactly what it seems.
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels opened on Broadway in March 2005 to rave reviews.
The New York Post's Clive Barnes raved, “A knockout punch to Broadway’s
funnybone! One of the liveliest, funniest, best-performed musicals in
years. Super-smart and superior in every way.” Dirty Rotten
Scoundrels was awarded 11 Tony Award nominations, including Best
Musical.

Late
Nite Catechism
April 16 - 18, 8PM
April 19, 2PM
Tickets $28
$25 for 6 or more together
Greensburg Garden & Civic Center
Presented by
Westmoreland Cultural Trust
Take a place in the
audience among fellow students as Catholics and
non-Catholics alike become part of what is sure to be the
most hilarious and enjoyable adult catechism class ever
attended. Written by Vicki Quade and Maripat Donovan,
The New York Times says, “It speaks to an audience much
broader than the membership of any one church,” making
Late Nite Catechism and the laughter it never fails to
elicit accessible to all.
The authoritarian whims of Sister steer the course of the
evening as she doles out glow-in-the-dark rosaries at one
moment, and confiscates lipsticks and candy at the next.
The Daily News notes, “She’s there to make people laugh,
and laugh they do as she attempts to explain Catholic
doctrine.” Late Nite Catechism engages audience
members in a mock question and answer session that moves
with hilarious momentum.
Bridging the formerly-thought enormous gap between stand-up
comedy and Catholic rhetoric, this performance enchants.
All will surely agree with The Explorer when they
say, “Late Nite Catechism is the real thing – it’s
funny, witty, well-written and one of the most enjoyable
evenings of theatre that you could hope to find.”
