From 1966 through 1971, Greensburg, PA natives Mike Vale, Ron Rosman and Eddie Gray, as part of the nationally acclaimed classic rock group Tommy James and The Shondells,  wrote, recorded and released 19 consecutive chart singles.  Eight of these singles were certified Gold Records and three achieved number one status on national charts. Now, these former, original members of that group have reunited to form The Crystal Blue Band who’s tour will include a one-night performance in their hometown at The Palace Theatre.

These great entertainers have appeared on many of the classic TV shows of the period like Ed Sullivan, The Dating Game, Joey Bishop and Bandstand. They also have recently been honored by The Pittsburgh Rock ‘n Roll Legends Committee, being nominated to receive their prestigious Legends Award for 2017!

Their Rock anthems,  which include Crystal Blue Persuasion, Crimson and Clover, Mony Mony, I Think We’re Alone Now, Hanky Panky, Sweet Cherry Wine, Ball Of Fire, Mirage and others, will take us back to the 60s to relive one of Rock and Roll’s greatest periods.

Also featured will be special guests, Pittsburgh’s own 10-piece show band, Johnny Angel and The Halos and Terry Brock, lead singer of Louisiana’s Le Roux & a former vocalist on Kansas’ Drastic Measures album.
