Tickets for most Palace events are available through The Palace Theatre Box Office.

All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the theatre.

PURCHASING TICKETS: ONLINE / BY PHONE / BY MAIL / IN PERSON / AT TICKET BOOTH

Online:

We offer 24-hour internet sales for all tickets sold through The Palace Theatre Box Office. Follow this link, select an event, and see real-time seating availability that allows YOU, not the computer, to choose your seats.  You can choose to PRINT YOUR TICKETS AT HOME, have them mailed ($1 service charge applies) or held for will call pick-up.

If you experience any issues with the new ticketing system, please make sure you are using the latest version of your internet browser.

Internet service charges apply as follows:
– $4.50 per ticket;  $3.25 for tickets priced at $12 or less
– $1 per ticket Historic Preservation Fee
– $1 per order mailing fee on orders that patrons wish to have mailed

Charge By Phone:

Call 724-836-8000 Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM and Saturday, 10 AM – 2 PM.  Special holiday hours may apply.

Please have your credit card ready.  Credit or debit MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards accepted.  Tickets may be mailed to you ($1 service charge applies), picked up in person at the Box Office or held for will call pick-up.  You may also choose to have an order confirmation emailed to you.

– $3.50 per ticket; $1.75 for tickets priced at $12 or less
– $1 per ticket Historic Preservation Fee
– $1 per order mailing fee on orders that patrons wish to have mailed

By Mail:

Mail Check or money order for tickets including applicable service charges to: The Palace Theatre, 21 W. Otterman St., Greensburg, PA 15601. Please call to confirm ticket availability and service charges before mailing payment.   Tickets may be mailed to you ($1 service charge applies), picked up in person at Box Office or held for will call pick-up.  Please specify which option you prefer when mailing in your payment.  This service is available up to 7 days prior to the performance.

In Person:

In Person at The Palace Theatre Box Office, 23 West Otterman Street, Greensburg. Box office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM and Saturday, 10 AM – 2 PM, with some holiday variations.

At the Ticket Booth:

If still available, tickets can be purchased in front of the Theatre at the ticket booth one hour prior to each performance. Sold Out events do occur. Please call to confirm day-of-show availability.  Service charges may apply on door sales for some events.

Will Call

is at the ticket booth in front of The Palace Theatre entrance. This is where you pick up pre-purchased tickets for an event being held at The Palace.  Will call window is open one hour prior to the event.  Please have valid ID ready when picking up tickets.

 

Group Sales – Please contact our ticketing representatives to order by phone at 724-836-8000, as group discounts and group minimums vary by presenting organization.  Some shows’ group rate policies extend savings on per ticket service charges for group orders.

 

Ticket sales are final; no refunds or exchanges unless the show is cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, certain service and historic preservation charges are not refundable.

The Palace Theatre has been a major force in Westmoreland County’s cultural scene for generations. Opened September 2, 1926, as the Manos Theatre, The Palace Theatre today hosts the widest variety of live entertainment in the area in a beautifully renovated 1369-seat facility, located across from the county courthouse.
