The most adorned elements associated with Irish & Celtic music, song and dance in one stage spectacle.  Lovers of Celtic music are in for a special treat as Women of Ireland features an all-female lineup of Irish step dancers comprised of long term lead dancers from Riverdance and Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance.  The outstanding dance and vocal content of the show is superbly augmented with an incredible aerialist and talented instrumentalists. Led by a fervent fiddler, the instrumental players provide many singular show-stopping moments within the show.

“Women of Ireland” is the only Irish & Celtic show in the world which incorporates an aerial artist. The daring and often awe-inspiring feats of the aerialist are woven to the beautiful strains of the shows’ Celtic music and provide a unique aspect within this genre.

Three stunning Irish vocalists, The O’ Neill Sisters, will perform alongside the other principal artists – Kelly Mc Donnell (Irish dancer), Taylor Rowland (Aerialist) and Lotta Virkkunen (Fiddler).

“Women of Ireland”, the act, will showcase a select group of female artists to demonstrate the well of talent that exists within Ireland’s traditions of music, song and dance. The common theme inherent in all performances is the presentation of the most revered qualities of Ireland’s ethnic music, which will be transported from the Irish fireside to the international concert hall platform. Special significance will be placed on depicting the pure qualities of Irish music in a contemporary setting, while the performance will also include well-known, popular songs given a stirring Celtic treatment.

Much loved Irish songs such as “Danny Boy”, “Carrickfergus” and “You Raise Me Up” are intermingled with classic vocal numbers such as “Let It Be” and “God Bless America”, while all pieces are given a unique Irish & Celtic treatment. Alongside these beautiful vocal numbers are pulsating and emotive instrumental tracks and, to cap it all off, the graceful female dancers are a sight to behold, not to mention the dexterity of the four-time world champion and long-time lead dancer with “Riverdance”, Anthony Fallon, who is the show’s special guest.
