What began as the crown jewel of the Manos Theatre empire in 1926 has continued throughout the years to be at the center of artistic activity in the Greensburg area.  Believed to be the largest cultural destination in Westmoreland County, The Palace Theatre draws patrons from all over Pennsylvania and surrounding states to see national acts, first-class performances, and high-quality musical theatre and stage productions while serving as a beacon for performing arts organizations in the area and community artists.  None of this would be possible without the help of philanthropic support.

The Palace Theatre, owned and operated by the non-profit Westmoreland Cultural Trust, provides a historic and theatrical venue for community artists.  The Palace Theatre must rely on the support of the community in order to achieve this cultural and economic infusion into the region.

There are many ways to support The Palace Theatre:

Become a Member

– Receive pre-sale ticket opportunities for The Palace Theatre shows.

Business Member/Sponsorship

– Opportunities are available to underwrite whole performances, sponsor an event or we can create a custom package suited to your needs

Volunteer

– Become an usher or assist Westmoreland Cultural Trust with various activities throughout the year.

Take A Seat in the Spotlight

– Celebrate a loved one, honor an arts lover, or give a gift to the person who has everything with a seat donation

The Palace Theatre has been a major force in Westmoreland County’s cultural scene for generations. Opened September 2, 1926, as the Manos Theatre, The Palace Theatre today hosts the widest variety of live entertainment in the area in a beautifully renovated 1369-seat facility, located across from the county courthouse.
