Ticket/Seating Information

Tickets for most Palace events are available through the Palace Theatre Box Office.
Service charges apply to all Palace Theatre Box Office and Internet sales.

You can purchase tickets five ways:

ONLINE! We now offer 24-hour Internet sales for all tickets sold through The Palace Theatre Box Office. Follow the link, select an event, and see real-time seating availability that allows YOU, not the computer, to choose your seats.

Internet service charges apply as follows:
$4.50 per ticket;
$3.25 for tickets priced at less than $12 only if
all tickets for the event are less than $12.
$1 per order Facility Restoration,
$1 per order mailing fee on orders that patrons wish to have mailed, rather than have retained at will call or pick up in person.

Box office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, with some holiday variations.

At the Ticket Booth in front of the Theatre one hour prior to each performance. (Sold Out events do occur. Please call to confirm day-of-show availability.) Service charges may apply on door sales for some events.

Ticket Booth All ticket sales are final. We are unable to issue refunds or credits unless an event is cancelled. In the event of cancellation, certain service and facility charges are not refundable.

Child Policy - All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Unless an event is designated for younger audiences, children under the age of 3 years will not be admitted to The Palace Theatre. Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for patrons may be removed from the theater without refund.

Group Sales - Please contact our ticketing representatives to order by phone at 724-836-8000, as group discounts and group minimums vary by presenting organization.

Arrive early! Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management.

Wheelchair accessible seating is available by request on the main floor only. Please note The Palace Theatre has an elevator to access the Loge and Balcony, but wheelchair accessible seating is not available in these sections.

Hearing-assist units are available at no charge from the House Manager.

Parking/Dining: Westmoreland Cultural Trust and the City of Greensburg have made it easier to come to Greensburg for Palace Theatre events with FREE PARKING! Coinciding with Palace events, enjoy free parking on show evenings and weekends in the Robert A. Bell Parking Garage one block past The Palace on the left side of West Otterman Street. Free parking is also available at nearby city lots, as shown on map below. Please note prevailing parking rates apply weekdays before 5 p.m.

A nearby classic casual dining option in the heart of Greensburg includes J. Corks on East Pittsburgh Street. A city parking garage is located directly behind J. Corks on Maple Ave., then take a short stroll to The Palace Theatre for the show! CLICK HERE FOR MAP & DIRECTIONS.
