Ticket buyers MUST request a refund at original point of purchase.

If you purchased your tickets in person or over the phone from The Palace Theatre or on The Palace Theatre website (www.thepalacetheatre.org), you may request a refund by calling The Palace Theatre Box Office at 724-836-8000 Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. or Saturday 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.  Tickets will not be automatically refunded, as our ticketing system does not retain payment information. You must call and request your refund.  Please have your credit card or form of payment used to purchase the tickets on hand when calling.
