Due to COVID-19 related complications, L.O.L. Surprise! Live has been cancelled. We are very disappointed that fans will not be able to see the show. We apologize to the fans of L.O.L. Surprise for the inconvenience.

Ticket holders should contact their original point of purchase for ticketing information. If you purchased your tickets through The Palace Theatre Box Office or website, please call 724-836-8000 or email prior to April 1 for ticketing information. The Box Office is open Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday (phone service only) 10 AM – 2 PM. If we do not hear from you by April 1, you will be refunded for the face value of your tickets.

L.O.L. Surprise! Live – Calling All B.B’s will feature fan favorites and best sellers Lady Diva, Royal Bee, Neonlicious, and Swag in the first-ever family spectacular with original music, dancers, a DJ, and never-before-seen live holograms. Using groundbreaking hologram technology, the beloved characters will sing, dance, and come to life while being able to interact with live audiences.
