Ticket holders should contact their original point of purchase for ticketing information. If you purchased your tickets through The Palace Theatre Box Office or website, please call 724-836-8000 or email boxoffice@wctrust.net prior to April 1 for ticketing information. The Box Office is open Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday (phone service only) 10 AM – 2 PM. If we do not hear from you by April 1, you will be refunded for the face value of your tickets.
