THE VIP EXPERIENCE (Virtually in The Palace): Habatat

FREE FACEBOOK LIVE EVENT

Since early 2012, the ever-blossoming psychedelic jam/funk/rock outfit HABATAT has made positive strides in the Pittsburgh suburbs sharing stages with the likes of Twiddle, the Heavy Pets, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, and Zack Deputy to name very few.

After steadily building their following, 2015 marked the band’s first self-titled release and opened the doors for mainstream acceptance; quickly followed by them being offered many long-term opportunities.

The future looks extremely bright for this young group of euphonious pioneers. Combining gritty yet sultry vocals by Ryan Woods, colorful funky bass riffs from Kris Lupher, powerful dance/funk grooves by J.Banks and provocative horns from Mere Kae, Tom Buchko, and Josh Covert, this group will leave you floored with their energetic live performance; a raw boogaloo of sound.

Their music brings forth flashing vibes of some of the great legendary rock bands such as Cream, CCR, and The Grateful Dead but they are in a characteristic thumbprint completely of their own.
