VENDOR GUIDELINES

Please review carefully before applying!

  1. Vendors must sell agricultural related products (e.g., produce, flowers, meat), prepared foods (e.g., bread, jelly, pastries), or homemade/handmade items (arts and crafts, pottery, soaps/candles). No flea market or store-bought resale items allowed.
  2. All products sold must be locally grown, locally prepared, or locally made. All vendors will be vetted.
  3. Vendors selling prepared foods must have a retail food license and must meet all government regulations with respect to the preparation and storage of the products they sell.
  4. Vendors must show proof of liability insurance, and a RETAIL FOOD FACILITY LICENSE and or a Retail Food Facilities and Restaurants license if applicable. It is your responsibility to provide all necessary licenses for your products and services.
  5. Space at the Market is leased only for the entire season, no half seasons or select weekends.
  6. You can only sell the items you register for; our goal is to have a wide variety with limited overlapping of sellers.
  7. Vendors providing samples must comply with hand-washing requirements as required by Westmoreland County Health Dept.

This summer, join us every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at GGCC’s brand new farmers market! Explore a vibrant showcase of local farmers and artisans offering a diverse array of fresh produce, artisanal goods, and handmade products.

📅 Season Schedule: Every Sunday from June 9th to October 20th, 2024

🍅 Fresh & Homegrown: Discover a bounty of locally grown fruits and vegetables, farm-fresh eggs, succulent honey, and more, sourced directly from nearby farms and producers.

🎨 Handcrafted Gifts: Browse through a curated selection of handmade goods including artisanal bread, baked goods and more.

🛍️ Support Local: By shopping at our Farmers Market, you’re not only enjoying the freshest produce and goods but also supporting local farmers, artisans, and small businesses in our community.
