Please call to confirm ticket availability and service charges before mailing payment. Tickets may be mailed to you ($1 service charge applies), picked up in person at Box Office or held for will call pick-up. Please specify which option you prefer when mailing in your payment. This service is available up to 7 days prior to the performance.

Tickets are generally available in the Greensburg Garden & Civic Center Lobby 45 minutes prior to an event. Sorry, show tickets cannot be purchased in person at Greensburg Garden & Civic Center at other times; sales may be available through The Palace Theatre Box Office, 21 W. Otterman Street, Greensburg. Please note some GGCC events accept cash only sales at the door. No service charges on tickets purchased at the door (within one hour of an event).
Will Call
Will Call tickets can be picked up in the Greensburg Garden & Civic Center Lobby typically 45 minutes prior to an event. Please have valid ID ready when picking up tickets.
Group Sales – Please contact our ticketing representatives to order by phone at 724-836-8000, as group discounts and group minimums vary by presenting organization. Some shows’ group rate policies extend savings on per ticket service charges for group orders.
Ticket sales are final; no refunds or exchanges unless the show is cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, certain service and historic preservation charges are not refundable.
