Westmoreland Cultural Trust’s administration offices will also be closed to the public.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to change the way we live, our thoughts are with everyone impacted directly and indirectly by this world health crisis.
The theatre is a place to escape, to unwind, and to be inspired. Whether it was a date night, a girl’s night out, your child’s first visit or just a day to celebrate music, we understand your disappointment of missing those experiences. Our team continues to work diligently with tours and promoters to find new dates to gather once again. The majority of postponed shows have already been rescheduled. We ask for your patience as we work through this process and notify ticket holders. But rest assured, the show will go on.
If you have tickets to a performance that has been postponed, please hold on to the tickets at this time. Once we confirm rescheduled dates/cancellations, we will contact you via email with the updated information. If you have tickets to a show that has been rescheduled, your original tickets are automatically valid for the new date. If you cannot make the new date, please consider donating your tickets back to Westmoreland Cultural Trust. Your donation to our 501(c)(3) non-profit organization helps us bring live entertainment to Westmoreland County and showcase local musicians and visual artists through initiatives such as Art in the Alley, Wings Across Westmoreland and TGIS free concert series. Tickets may also be exchanged for a Palace Theatre gift card to use for a future show. Please contact the Box Office for all of your ticketing options by emailing boxoffice@wctrust.net or calling 724-836-8000, ext. 203.
In the meantime, our team is working to bring live music and art from our stage to your home. Check our schedule of events for livestream concerts happening from The Palace Theatre.
If you would like to assist Westmoreland Cultural Trust, there are a number of options – make a direct donation, become a member and receive pre-sale opportunities and other special offers, buy tickets to upcoming performances, or purchase a gift card to use for a future show. You can also support us by following us on social media and sharing our content of local musicians and artists to help spread the healing power of the arts.
In the late 1980s, when The Palace was on the brink of its final curtain, it was the community that came together to save the theatre and keep our local arts alive. We know that our community will continue to support us. The lights of The Palace will always shine.
