ACCESSIBILITY

Wheelchair accessible seating is available by request on the main floor only. Please note The Palace Theatre has an elevator to access the Loge and Balcony, however, wheelchair-accessible seating is not available in these sections.

AssistEight new assistive listening devices are available to guests at no charge during every theatre performance.  An integrated neck loop/lanyard with DSP loop driver, worn like a necklace, provides better audio for people with cochlear implants and telecoils and allows the sound to be transmitted directly from the lanyard to the hearing device. Universal stereo headphones are also available with each unit and can be beneficial to those with other types of hearing aids or those that simply require a higher degree of amplification. A dual 5.5 mm output jack allows the receiver to be shared between users if desired.

BOX OFFICE HOURS

The Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM with some holiday variations. Tickets for that day’s performance are available at the ticket booth one hour prior to showtime.

CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES

No professional cameras (including those with detachable lenses) or flash photography permitted.  Audio and/or video recording is prohibited. Please note that the policy for cameras may vary depending on the artist and event promoter. You must abide by any posted restrictions or announcements at the event.  Please silence mobile devices during a performance.

CHILDREN

Unless listed as a family or children’s event, most performances are intended for adults and teens.  Some events are not appropriate for children.  We welcome children under the age of 3 for family entertainment.  All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the theatre.  Parental discretion is advised for all events.  Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for patrons may be removed from the theatre without refund.

CONCESSIONS

PARKING

Westmoreland Cultural Trust and the City of Greensburg have made it easier to come to Greensburg for Palace Theatre events with FREE PARKING! Coinciding with Palace events, enjoy free parking on show evenings and weekends in the Robert A. Bell Parking Garage one block past The Palace on the left side of West Otterman Street. Free parking is also available at nearby city lots after 5 p.m., as shown on map. Please note prevailing parking rates apply weekdays before 5 p.m.
