ACCESSIBILITY

Wheelchair accessible seating is available by request on the main floor only. Please note The Palace Theatre has an elevator to access the Loge and Balcony, however, wheelchair accessible seating is not available in these sections.

Hearing-assist units are available at no charge from the House Manager.

BOX OFFICE HOURS

The box office is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM and Saturday, 10 AM – 2 PM, with some holiday variations.

CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES

The policy for cameras varies by artist and event promoter.  Audio and video recording is generally prohibited.  Please abide by any posted restrictions or announcements at the event.  Please silence cellular phones and pagers must be silenced within the theatre.

CHILDREN

Unless listed as a family or children’s event, most performances are intended for adults and teens.  Some events are not appropriate for children.  We welcome children under the age of 3 for family entertainment.  All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the theatre.  Parental discretion is advised for all events.  Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for patrons may be removed from the theatre without refund.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Why not give the gift of entertainment? Perfect for anyone on your list! Gift Certificates are available in any amount and redeemable in advance for a variety of shows sold through The Palace Theatre Box Office. Please contact our ticketing representatives Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm or Saturday 10am to 2pm for details: 724-836-8000.  In order for you to receive your certificates before December 25, the final day for gift certificates to be mailed is December 17, 2016.

GROUPS

Please contact our ticketing representatives to order by phone at 724-836-8000, as group discounts and group minimums vary by presenting organization.  Some shows’ group rate policies extend savings on per ticket service charges for group phone orders.

PARKING

Westmoreland Cultural Trust and the City of Greensburg have made it easier to come to Greensburg for Palace Theatre events with FREE PARKING! Coinciding with Palace events, enjoy free parking on show evenings and weekends in the Robert A. Bell Parking Garage one block past The Palace on the left side of West Otterman Street. Free parking is also available at nearby city lots after 5 p.m., as shown on map. Please note prevailing parking rates apply weekdays before 5 p.m.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All ticket sales are final. We are unable to issue refunds or credits unless an event is cancelled.  In the event of a cancellation, certain service and facility charges are not refundable.

Opened September 2, 1926, as the Manos Theatre, The Palace Theatre today hosts the widest variety of live entertainment in the area in a beautifully renovated 1369-seat facility, located across from the county courthouse.
